We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Busser to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service and cleanliness.

Job Summary: As a Busser at Locanda Ischia, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized dining room, assisting our servers, and ensuring our guests have a seamless dining experience. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.

Assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering food, and addressing customer needs.

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, tables, and restrooms.

Set up and break down dining areas before and after service.

Assist with stocking and organizing dining room supplies.

Help with any other tasks as needed to ensure the dining area runs smoothly.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A positive attitude and a willingness to assist both customers and coworkers.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
