As a busser at the newly remodeled Bartolino's on Hampton, located on THE HILL, you are an extension of our family. You will be pivotal in providing guests with an inviting dining experience that echoes our founding philosophy: "Cook good food and give plenty. Basta!" We're looking for someone to join our team immediately, helping us continue to offer traditional Italian dishes, fresh seafood, and choice cuts of meat in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

Job Location: Bartolino's On Hampton – THE HILL

Responsibilities

• Clear plates, utensils, and glassware between courses with minimal disruption
• Crumb tables with finesse between courses or as needed
• Replace linen napkins and assist with formal table presentations
• Maintain silent presence while attentively refilling water and beverages
• Discreetly observe and respond to guest needs or requests
• Present bread service and condiments when required, per house style
• Synchronize with servers and food runners to ensure perfect course pacing
• Prepare and maintain side stations with replenished flatware, glassware, and linen
• Reset tables quickly and precisely following guest departure, in keeping with reservation flow
• Uphold cleanliness and order in guest-facing areas
