We are looking for a motivated Busser to join our team! Our bussing team contributes to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities of a Busser:
Prepare dining room and server station for service using checklist (make coffee, iced tea, fill ice bin)
Set all tables properly (each setting gets a silverware set up, polished glass, and a plate).
Polish all glassware by hand
Fill and bring out water bottles for guests immediately once seated
Discreetly and politely remove plates, silverware, and glassware immediately once guests are finished
Assist servers with any needs in serving guests (bringing coffees, waters, carry out containers, setting silverware, etc)
Maintain a clean dining area
"Flip tables" in under 2 minutes (after a table has finished, bring all dishes/glasses etc to the correct place, clean and sanitize table, sweep under table, and reset to standard).
Communicate with manager/host via headset
Clean area and reset for open at end of shift
Complete side work duties at end of shift
Maintain fast pace and stay moving for entire shift
Qualifications:
Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
All employees must complete a Food Handler Certification Course
