Job Summary: This position requires ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Friday and Saturday Nights 6-10:30 and posibility for other shifts when needed or we have events.
Reports to FOH Manager.
Job Responsibilities: Arrives for shift in a clean uniform and maintains good hygiene.
Demonstrates “the customer is always right” attitude.
Greet all customers in a friendly but professional manner with respect and a smile.
Reports any spills or potentially dangerous situations to FOH Manager immediately.
Cleans up the spill or assists in remedying the situation per FOH Manger direction.
Takes initiative and shares ideas to improve quality of service when opportunity arises.
Removes all soiled dishware from tables and brings to dish pit.
Assists servers, bartenders, & hosts with serving guests or various tasks
Maintains all the floors before, during and after service.
