Position: Busser Locations: All four Rudy's Country Store & BBQ locations in San Antonio
Position Overview: As a Busser at Rudy’s, you play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, drink stations, restrooms, and storage areas. Your primary responsibilities will include clearing and cleaning tables, assisting cashiers, and maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guests’ needs and promptly addressing any concerns.
Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables promptly, ensuring they are properly free of debris for incoming guests.
Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Dispose of trash and ensure the dining areas are presentable at all times.
Customer Engagement: Engage with guests in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing their needs and providing assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors, communicating effectively and supporting each other to maintain a cohesive and positive work environment. Assist fellow team members during busy periods, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
