A restaurant busser's responsibilities include keeping the dining area clean and presentable, setting tables, and helping the waitstaff:
Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as wiping down tables and polishing glassware and silverware
Setting tables: Placing silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments on tables
Clearing tables: Removing dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables
