Busy Litigation Firm Looking For Attorney With 5+ Years Of Experience
Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC has a full-time position available for an attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience. Construction litigation experience, and particularly construction defect experience, is preferred, but not required. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can take the lead on construction defect, construction site accident, premises liability, and/or general liability cases. You will mentor associates and work alongside experienced lawyers in our collaborative and congenial office. Compensation- $115,000+ yearly, depending on experience. Qualifications: • Must possess a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and hold a valid license to practice law in Colorado. • Should have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience working in a civil litigation law firm. • While experience in construction defect or general casualty law is preferred, it is not mandatory. • Proficiency in legal research software. • Must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills are a must. Compensation: $115,000+ yearly DOE
