Busy Litigation Firm Looking For Attorneys With 2+ Years Of Experience
Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC has a full-time position available for attorneys with 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Our firm specializes in construction litigation, but we are also looking for someone with general litigation experience to handle construction site accident, premises liability, and/or general liability cases. You will work alongside experienced lawyers in our collaborative and congenial office. Compensation- $100,000+ yearly, depending on experience. Qualifications: • Must possess a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and hold a valid license to practice law in Colorado. • Should have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience working in a civil litigation law firm. • While experience in construction defect law is preferred, it is not mandatory. • Proficiency in Westlaw research software. • Must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills are a must. Compensation: $100,000+ yearly DOE
