    JOB SUMMARY: Butcher & Bee is a vegetable driven, middle-eastern inspired restaurant in East Nashville that opened in 2015. We're driven by passion - for people, for products, for learning and growth. We believe in pairing sound operations with empathic and quality management. We are seeking a FOH Manager to join our team!

    Our FOH Manager takes ownership of guest experience and training/development of the FOH team. They will oversee service and work closely with the FOH staff in support of seamless operations. This person will run line-ups, orchestrate service with the host team, and provide a heightened knowledge of food/beverage offerings. The FOH GM will develop the FOH team by providing continual education and constructive feedback. Other duties include managing the reservation system, assisting with hiring/training new FOH team members, completing documentation and cash deposits, and other tasks as needed.

    REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas)

    Previous management/leadership experience

    Strong command of restaurant service

    Natural inclination towards hospitality

    Patience for working and training new hires

    Passion for and curiosity about food and beverages

    Organized, quick thinking, adept at multitasking

    Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

    Ability to maintain focus and upbeat demeanor in fast-paced environment

    Desire to work as a team to cultivate the best possible guest experience
