  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Identify, cut, and portion standard meat cuts and types of poultry, beef, seafood, pork, and game. Use portion control equipment to accurately cut all product consistently and in accordance with specifications. Monitor proper storage and rotation of all products. Maintain a clean work area and operate in accordance with established health and safety procedures.

    • Use portion control equipment to accurately cut all products consistently and according to specifications.

    • Ensure proper storage and rotation of all butcher shop products.

    • Operate and maintain butcher shop equipment in accordance with established safety policies and procedures.

    • Maintain cleanliness of work area.

    • Consistently adhere to all sanitation and safety policies and procedures.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • One (1) year of experience preferred.

    • Must be able to stand for duration of shift.

    • Must be able to maneuver 25 pounds regularly throughout shift.

    • Must have good communication skills.

    • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
