Responsibilities: • Generate leads by networking with potential clients in Gig Harbor, WA, US • Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge and skills related to real estate in the local market • Follow up diligently on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent • Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to establish lasting relationships and ensure brand recognition • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards achieving company objectives • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients • Utilize a CRM system effectively to keep customer information accurate and up to date for agents • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients in Gig Harbor, WA, US Qualifications: • Must have or be willing to obtain a real estate license • Training will be provided, no prior experience necessary • Excellent communication skills are required for effective client interactions • Opportunity for earning commissions as part of compensation package • Possession of a valid Driver's License is mandatory Compensation: $86,400 - $187,300 yearly
