    Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a growing company in Oklahoma City looking to add a Buyer to their team! Pay is $60-75k DOE.

    Skills & Experience Required:

    • 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
    • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
    • Experience with ERP or purchasing software
    • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and cost-saving strategies
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in alignment with company needs
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency
    • Analyze purchase orders, pricing, and inventory levels to optimize procurement processes
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors
    • Monitor and track supplier performance, addressing any issues that arise
    • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast supply needs and prevent shortages
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
