Skills & Experience Required:
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with ERP or purchasing software
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and cost-saving strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in alignment with company needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Analyze purchase orders, pricing, and inventory levels to optimize procurement processes
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors
- Monitor and track supplier performance, addressing any issues that arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast supply needs and prevent shortages
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
