    Position Overview

    We are seeking an organized, proactive, and professional Buyer Recruitment & Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in fostering relationships with senior-level stakeholders within the finance and banking community, with a primary focus on our buyer event programs at Money20/20 conferences.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Buyer Recruitment
    * Identify and recruit high-profile attendees from target verticals and job roles within fintech to meet audience and buyer goals.
    * Conduct strategic outreach campaigns via email, phone, and SMS to secure buyer commitments.
    * Review and qualify inbound buyer applications.
    
    1. 1-to-1 Meeting Management
    * Oversee the planning and execution of 1-to-1 buyer meetings during the conference.
    * Utilize meeting management software to schedule and track buyer-seller appointments.
    * Ensure high meeting fulfillment rates and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
    
    1. Attendee Experience
    * Serve as the primary contact for buyers throughout the entire process.
    * Monitor and promptly respond to attendee inquiries and requests.
    * Proactively triage any issues or questions to ensure a seamless experience for participants.
    
    1. Data Management and Analysis
    * Oversee the registration platform, ensuring clean data and timely approvals.
    * Analyze data for key outreach and follow-up opportunities during meeting fulfillment.
    * Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to provide insights and improve program effectiveness.
    
    1. Program Performance
    * Track and report on key performance indicators, including registration goals, number of participating companies, and meeting fulfillment rates.
    * Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the hosted buyer program.
    
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of the fintech and banking industry dynamics (required)
    • Proven success in meeting quantifiable sales goals or attendee objectives
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
    • Professional demeanor when dealing with a senior-level audience
    • Proactive and dynamic attitude with the ability to adjust to changing situations
    • Strong listening skills, attentive to both customers and teammates
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Experience in the events industry (a plus)
    • Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office products
    • Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of customers and prospects
    • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to interact with senior-level executives
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
