We will train you; no experience required Responsibilities: • Generate leads for potential buyers and sellers in the Redlands, CA area • Participate in training sessions to continually improve real estate expertise and skills • Follow up diligently on leads until appointments are successfully scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent • Maintain regular communication with homebuyers and sellers through phone calls and emails to uphold relationships and ensure brand recognition • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients • Maintain accurate customer information for agents using the CRM system • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with potential buyers and sellers Qualifications: • Must possess a valid Real estate license or be willing to obtain one • Training will be provided for those without experience • Effective client interactions rely on strong communication skills • Commission opportunities are available as part of the compensation package • A valid Driver's License is a mandatory requirement Compensation: $96,400 - $176,300 yearly
