Responsibilities: • Prospect daily to identify prospective buyers and sellers • Check lead sources HOURLY and follow up on these leads immediately to solicit appointments with prospective clients • Study property listings to become familiar with properties for sale • Preview all company listings every week to keep current on properties in order to handle client calls and possible sales • Take client requests and give information on company listings to individuals inquiring over the phone, in person, by email, and all referral sources, and attempt to convert these calls to buyer appointments • Conduct buyer interviews to discern buyer housing needs, educate them on the market and area, educate them on the buying process, and obtain a Buyer Agency Agreement. • Accompany buyers to properties, quote purchase prices, describe property features, and discuss conditions of the sale • Prepare purchase agreements and negotiate offers for the buyer, attend and negotiate inspections. • Assist buyers in obtaining pertinent information on services such as finance, maintenance repairs, or appraisals • Provide backup for other Buyer Specialists • Support administrative staff with buyer concerns and questions Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Show good organizational and time management skills • Self-motivation and drive • Great communication and social skills • Past sales experience is preferred
