    Our rapidly-expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Responsibilities: Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales • Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs • Scheduling appointments utilizing warm leads • Commission Based Qualifications: Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders • Valid insurance license required Or Willingness To Obtain • If unlicensed, the agency will assist in bringing you through the licensing process and pay for your pre-licensing course Compensation: $120,000+ at plan commission
