FIELD UNDERWRITING - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time & Full-time
We are looking for enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individuals who want the time, money and flexibility to enjoy life. No insurance experience is necessary but it is preferred. If you are new in the field, we will provide the best training in the industry. If you are experienced, we will provide you with the support and mentorship you need to ensure your success. The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic and above-average communication skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about success and helping people, someone who is willing to put in the work needed to reach their goals. You must be driven, yet coachable. We also provide an ongoing, mentor & training program, specific to you. This position is 100% commission, which means that there are no limits on how much money you can make, but you also only get out of it what you put into it. This is a 1099 position.
