    Job Description

    C# Development is responsible for managing the customer's business priorities, identifying priorities in Agile Sprints, WBS, code reviews, and assigned system support, acting as development and operations management, and managing new system features, upgrades, system modifications, routine problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages the current operational systems.
    • Works with development leaders to understand functional requirements, perform WBS, plan, prioritize, communicate risks/obstacles, and collaborate with team members when small projects arise.
    • Require a clear understanding of business processes for intensive operational support during peak periods.
    • Provide production support outside of the business hours.
    • Owns deployments to each environment within the development lifecycle.
    • Design frameworks and critical code that have a broader impact.
    • Creates detailed technical plans for project execution and implementation.
    • Answers specification questions, clarifications, and clear roadblocks to the team.
    • Provide transparency to the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
    • Creates operational/development progress reports.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of C# development experience.
    • Experience using C and Java language environments.
    • Experience with Linux development environment
    • REST API working knowledge / Content Management knowledge
    • Experience with code version/ branching tools like Git/SVN
    • Good knowledge of Front End Technologies & J2EE
    • Experience integrating with backend systems preferred such as ERPs, WMS, OMS, etc.
    • Solid knowledge of performance Improvement best practices.
    • Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
    • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
