Job Description

C4 Builders LLC is seeking a Superintendent to run restaurant/retail/office upfit projects in the Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. The position will be responsible for directing all site construction activities and subcontractors as required to successfully complete construction on time and within budget. Position is available immediately. Job Requirements

• Must be able to manage interior upfit construction to completion.

• 2+ years as Superintendent or Project Manager of projects ranging from $500K -$3M.

• Restaurant/retail/office upfit experience

• Must be proficient with computers and software consistent with commercial construction.

• Must have the ability to work with project team members to successfully complete work.

• Must be Customer Focused and Detail Driven.

Salary based on experience.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Candidates must be proficient in the following:

• Read, understand, interpret and enforce safety policies and practices.
• Read and understand plans, specifications and local and state building codes.
• Schedule and document all required inspections, quality testing or any other compliance requirements.
• Is able to comply with and document all permits and inspections.
• Is able to complete daily logs for project updates, safety reports and any other reports that are required for this project.
• Read and understand project schedules and generate two-week look back and look ahead reports.
• Schedule and order materials, inspections and manpower to meet project schedule.
• Inspects work in progress to make sure that the work performed meets project quality requirements and conforms to project specifications.
• Works with subcontractors to make sure that project stays on schedule and meets quality requirements.
