    Description: Secure information sharing with allied and coalition Mission Partners is critical to the US National Defense Strategy. Valencor LLC (Valencor), technical advisory and assistance service provider to US Department of Defense customers, is currently seeking a C5ISR Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Analyst with experience supporting Coalition operations. The C5ISR MPE Analyst provides senior programmatic, operational, and technical analysis and support to a US Air Force customer for employment of secure Mission Partner information sharing capabilities.     What you will do

    • Assess technical, security, operational, and policy risks impacting secure Coalition data sharing and recommend mitigation actions.

    • Provide knowledge management and analysis of C5ISR systems and information sharing capabilities in support of customer initiatives and projects.

    • Develop and present data products in support of customer efforts, to include MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and DoDAF systems engineering artifacts.

    • Develop courses of action to address MPE capability needs, mitigate risks, and optimize MPE capability portfolio.

    • Assess and track Coalition information sharing activities, issues, risks, and action items in support of customer stakeholder forums (Integrated Planning Teams, Tiger Teams, Working Groups, etc.).

    • Operate as part of a collaborative, agile team supporting continuous learning and process improvements.

    • Use data analytics tools and techniques to support work product development.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 10 years relevant experience with Masters/PhD/JD in related field

    • 5 years direct experience providing technical support to one or more of the following areas:

    • C5ISR systems engineering, data architecture, cybersecurity, and/or software engineering.

    • Combatant Command/Service interoperability initiatives with NATO and/or Coalition partners to include Federated Mission Networking Spiral Specifications.

    • Experience developing or implementing DoD cybersecurity and data standards and policy in C5ISR systems and/or Coalition networks.

    • This position requires you to possess and maintain an active TS clearance and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance, issued by the US Government. Security clearances may only be granted to US citizens.
