Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. Duties

Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address clients' specific mental health issues.

Utilize various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and dance therapy, to facilitate healing and growth.

Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their mental health needs are met effectively.

Address gender issues counseling as part of holistic treatment strategies.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Stay informed about current developments in the field of mental health and participate in ongoing professional development.

Skills

A Holistic approach to mental health is preferred.

Strong background in psychopharmacology to assist clients with medication management.

Experience in behavioral health practices, including clinical counseling methods.

Ability to work effectively with individuals facing gender-related issues and developmental disabilities.

Knowledge of dance therapy as an innovative approach to mental health treatment is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction and documentation.

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
