Position Overview:
The CAD Documentation Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining all layers of CAD files for our facilities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date building layouts. This role supports engineering and production teams by providing precise documentation and contributing to layout concepts for our warehouse and office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and update all layers of building CAD files, ensuring accuracy and current information for all design documentation.
• Support engineers with layout and design concepts for production facilities and office areas.
• Generate detailed CAD documentation, including part drawings, assembly schematics, and exploded views.
• Propose improvements in design, materials, or processes to enhance performance or reduce costs.
• Engage in continuous learning to develop new CAD skills, increasing documentation efficiency and innovation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings, blueprints, and schematics using AutoCAD.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and calculations for design.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations relevant to design documentation.
