Job Description
Provide all the administrative support for Capac Construction Company LLC, specifically but not limited to:
- Managing the Members and other key personnel's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, keep records of the company's activity (i.e. file business information, help the Manager to generate the necessary handbooks to properly run the business, among others); .
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner;
- Performing minor accounting duties;
- Organizing personal and electronic meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department; and/or
- Any other task that is assigned to and is inherent to this position.
