Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and compassionate Care Lead to join our team in Kalamazoo. This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of caregiving experience who is skilled in using equipment like Hoyer lifts and gait belts. Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for providing excellent care are essential.
Job Requirements:
Must be female.
At least 2-3 years of caregiving experience is required.
Proficient in using equipment such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, and other mobility aids.
Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius as needed.
Must have flexible availability and reliable transportation.
Availability for every other weekend is required.
Strong leadership skills with a professional and dependable attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct caregiving services to clients, filling in shifts as needed.
Conduct supervisor visits to monitor the quality of care and ensure client satisfaction.
Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
Ensure the safe and proper use of caregiving equipment.
Monitor and report client progress to the healthcare team.
Support and guide the caregiving team while maintaining high care standards.
