  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Oversight of all clinic and satellite day to day operations including the management and oversight of scheduling, management of patient flow, patient registration, and monitoring end-to-end check-in to check-out processes, employing 30+ staff and serving 1600+ patients annually
    • Oversee revenue cycle management, payor contracting compliance, health information management, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives
    • Liaise with co-located Institute for Family Health FQCH to provide integrated primary care and behavioral health services
    • Maintain necessary staff fill levels; support staff retention and professional development through robust processes for onboarding, supervision, and training
    • Expert business management of operational workflows (e.g., patient access, registration, scheduling, flow, revenue cycle management)
    • Manage program fiscal operations, including staff workload/productivity and program budget preparation/monitoring
    • Coordinate care responsively and effectively with internal and external partners (e.g., CASES programs, hospitals, housing providers, courts, probation/ parole)
    • Collaborate with internal support departments (e.g., quality assurance, compliance, billing, health information management) to ensure policies and procedures adhere to all applicable city, state, and federal regulations
    • Assist with new clinic-based innovation and sustainability initiatives
    • Other responsibilities as assigned by agency senior staff
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Degree in business management, health care management, public administration, social work, nursing, psychology, or a related field; Master’s preferred
    • 3+ years of leadership experience
    • Ability to think and practice at all levels, from agency vision to workflow detail
    • Proven competence in data-driven management of health care operations
    • Proficiency with electronic health records and medical billing systems
    • Fluency in Spanish a plus
