Job Description

Essential Duties:

• Work with supervisor to develop PBL activities for youth
• Provide prompt communication with stakeholders including parents, referral partners and participants
• Track and manage SYEP’s Orientation through Hats and Ladders curriculum to youth applicants
• Ensure proper program enrollment and PBL placement for youth
• Facilitate designed project based learning activity via zoom
• Support Program Supervisor with maintenance of timesheet collection, weekly assessments and trouble shooting any workplace issues
• Comply with all documentation requirements in a timely manner;
• Timely data entry of required documentation into SYEP database

Qualifications

• Minimum of BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask;
• Ability to engage youth in virtual platform and maintain engagement throughout programming
• Experience in customer service;
• Experience with SYEP strongly preferred;
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; and proficient in use of Google Docs;
• Experience working with youth and families;
• Ability to apply youth development principles and commitment to work from a strengths-based perspective;
