    We have a fun, fast-paced, close-knit workplace environment and are looking for an organized, energetic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join the team. In this sales role, you will oversee all sales and distribution over the entire nation and work to grow your new customer base.

    The candidate must possess innate leadership qualities, excel in maintaining retailer and wholesaler relationships, and have a true passion for sharing the benefits our products offer. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset. This role will be directly responsible for the following:

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build and maintain positive wholesaler and retailer relationships.
    • Drive sales and distribution within all channels of CBD Farmhouse. (Trade Shows, Local Distributors, Out-of-State Distributors)
    • Coordinate and execute retail and consumer engagement/sampling events.
    • Ownership of new sales leads and follow-up within the designated territory using Hub Spot.
    • Ensure customer service issues are addressed appropriately and efficiently.
    • Maintains professional & technical knowledge of our CBD products.
    • Identify and pursue new points of distribution for brand growth, leading effective collaboration, and engagement with local distributor sales force to drive sales volume and increase market penetration in defined territories.
    • Build relationships with accounts and be the face of the brand.
    • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales!

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Successful track record with selling new accounts and driving distribution.
    • Familiarity with CRM software.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
    • High degree of organizational and time management skills.
    • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

    THIS IS A SALARY PLUS COMMISSION-BASED SALES POSITION BASED IN DALLAS, TX.

    SCHEDULE: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday

    SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Salary plus commission

    EXPERIENCE: Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)

    WORK LOCATION: Farmers Branch

    JOB TYPES: Contract, Commission Pay: Up to $85,000.00+ per year

    EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

    EXPERIENCE: Distribution sales: 3 years (Preferred)

    CBD sales: 3 years (Preferred)
