    Job: Walmart – Gordonsville, VA (Home Daily)

    Details :

    • Location : 10417 James Madison Hwy, Gordonsville, VA 22942
    • Freight : A mixture of dry and refrigerated no-touch, live unload grocery freight to Walmart store locations in VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV.
    • Shift : Start times between noon and midnight. Work 5 days on, 2 days off. Weekends required. Additional shifts available upon request.
    • Mileage : Approximately 1,700 miles per week.
    • Pay :
      • Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 (after a 90-day ramp-up with no attendance issues)
      • Top Performers: Over $1,500 weekly
      • Stop Pay: $20 per stop
      • Sign-On Bonus (SOB) : $1,000 total ($500 after the first load, $500 after 30 days of active seating)

    Key Requirements :

    • Schedule : Afternoon, night, weekend, and holiday shifts based on your schedule.
    • Home Time : Home daily with consistent schedules and 48-hour resets (same two days off weekly).
    • Equipment : Slip-seat operation in newer-model day cabs.
    • Transportation : Must have personal transportation to and from the distribution center daily.
    • Customer Service : Must prioritize safety, have exceptional customer service skills, and handle concerns with patience.

    Qualifications :

    • Experience-Based Pay :
      • 0-6 Months: $0.56/mile
      • 6 Months-1 Year: $0.57/mile
      • 1-2 Years: $0.58/mile
      • 2-3 Years: $0.59/mile
      • 3-5 Years: $0.60/mile
      • 5-7 Years: $0.61/mile
      • 7-10 Years: $0.62/mile
      • 10+ Years: $0.63/mile

    Benefits :

    • Vacation :
      • 1 week after 1 year.
      • 2 weeks after 2 years.
      • 3 weeks after 7 years.

    • Support : 24/7 operations staff and shop support.
    • Part-Time Option : Drivers can work 11-29 hours per week, choosing shifts Friday through Sunday nights.

    Additional Information :

    • Training :
      • 1 day on-site training: $125
      • 3-4 ride-alongs: $50 per ride-along
    • Bonuses : Must be an active driver to qualify for SOB payouts.
    • Vacation Pay : Not available for part-time drivers.
