    Job Title: Team Route Driver for Honda Dealership Deliveries

    Location: Within a 50-mile radius of Eagan, MN
    Service Areas: Minnesota and Wisconsin

    Job Overview:

    Join our team of professional drivers responsible for hauling and delivering automotive parts (such as hoods, bumpers, and a doors) to Honda dealerships for after-hours, unattended deliveries. This role involves using keys and/or gate codes for access, unloading the trailer, scanning items, handling returns, and securing the dealership before departure. Drivers must be skilled in maneuvering a tractor-trailer through tight dealership corridors and sales lots after hours.

    Key Details:

    • Average Miles: 2,815 per week
    • Home Time: Daily, with Saturday night and Sunday night off
    • Schedule: Monday - Friday. Depart from Eagan at 11:50 PM and deliver to Baxter, Duluth, and Ashland, returning to Eagan.

    Equipment:

    • Truck: 2020-2022 Freightliner sleeper cab with automatic transmission, equipped with EZ pass, LYTX cameras, and liftgates
    • Trailers: 28' or 48' dry vans (outward-facing only)

    Compensation:

    • Mileage Pay: $0.37 per mile
    • Guaranteed Weekly Minimum: $1,550
    • Stop Pay: $7.50 per stop
    • Additional Pay: $17 per hour for breakdowns and equipment repairs (up to 9 hours)

    Bonuses:

    • New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 (paid in full on the second paycheck)
    • Referral Bonus: $3,000 (paid out in increments of $1,000 on second paycheck, 60 days, and 120 days)

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 12 months of recent tractor-trailer driving, plus 3 months of verifiable team driving within the last 3 years
    • Physical Ability: Comfortable handling, positioning, and securing delivery cages, lifting items up to 75 lbs, and performing tight backing maneuvers
    • Night Driving: Required comfort and experience with night shifts
