    Position: Long-Haul Truck Driver – Quality Steel Level 2

    Hiring Area: Within a 50-mile radius of Columbiana, OH

    Job Overview:
    Join our team as a Long-Haul Truck Driver, operating routes between Columbiana, OH, and West Jordan, UT, with return trips and reloads. You will transport new propane tanks, caps, and steel plates, including reloading from the West Jordan area and handling backhauls from Chicago, IL. Local deliveries from Fremont, OH, may also be required when available.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Primary Lanes: Columbiana, OH to West Jordan, UT. Deliver load, re-load, and manage pickup backhauls from Chicago, IL, or return to Columbiana.
    • Schedule: 10 to 12-day routes (for example: leave Monday, and return the following week between Wednesday and Friday). Average of 2.5 stops per week.
    • Equipment: 2020-2023 Freightliner or Kenworth trucks with automatic transmission, pulling step deck flatbed trailers.
    • Home Time: 34-hour reset at home every other week (or option for back-to-back 10-12 day runs).

    Compensation:

    • Mileage Pay: $0.75 per mile
    • Hourly Pay: $18 per hour
    • Accessorial Pay: * Stop Pay: $50 per stop * Tarping Pay: $25 * Delay Pay: $25 per hour * Long-Haul Bonus: $325 per 10-day trip to Utah
    • Bonuses: * Sign-on Bonus: $500 (paid in full on second paycheck) * Referral Bonus: $3,000 (paid in increments over 120 days)
    • Average Weekly Pay: $1,825 - $2,015, depending on mileage and willingness to run
    • Annual Pay Estimate: $95,000 - $105,000 based on performance and mileage

    Requirements:

    • 12 months of flatbed experience, including winter driving.
    • Necessary safety gear: steel toe boots, hard hat, gloves, safety vest, and ear plugs.
    • Driver-assist unloading and securement verification are required.
