    We are actively seeking a Operator-CDL Driver at Synergen Drilling located in Shreveport, Louisiana that would be responsible for mobilizing and demobilizing equipment to and from job sites. The CDL Driver will assist operations in manual labor and equipment operation once arriving to the job site. Job duties are as described below:

    Operate compact track loader, welding machine, pump hoist, and polyethylene pipe storage trailer

    Perform manual labor duties

    Follow all company standard operating procedures

    Maintain inventory of critical spares on equipment and report any malfunctions

    Maintain a clear drivers license in compliance with all DOT regulations

    Perform Pre, in-route, and post trip inspections of commercial vehicles

    Ensure equipment is kept clean and orderly at all times

    A qualified applicant must posses the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

    Class A CDL – no restrictions

    Strong organizational skills

    Mechanical troubleshooting skills

    Physical Demands and Work Environment

    Use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls

    Stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

    Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

    Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus

    The noise level is usually moderate to high

    Occasionally working outdoors in elements/weather

    Overnight travel will be minimal under normal operational conditions
