Summary - CDL Equipment Operator - Utility Inspector: A growing Utility Contractor with a long history of success is currently seeking candidates interested in working as CDL Equipment Operators in response to landing several large, long-term contracts in and around the city of Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidates would have a Class A or B CDL and be able to assist with labor in addition to operating commercial vehicles and equipment. Previous experience is not necessary, as this industry sector in growing tremendously and after initial on the job training and a little experience you'd be set up with a career path for life!
Requirements of the CDL Equipment Operator - Utility Inspector
- Must have at minimum a Class B CDL License (prefer Tankers and Air Brakes)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Able to travel on occasions (mostly local work but when traveling it's a great opportunity to make some really good money with overtime and travel incentives)
- Able to work in confined spaces
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Pass a Background check/MVR check/drug test
- Able to squat, crawl, and lift up to 100 lbs.
- Construction and/or OSHA certifications a plus

Responsibilities of the CDL Equipment Operator - Utility Inspector
- Operate Class B vehicles (Vacuum Trucks, Jetting Trucks, CCTV Trucks, & Combo Trucks)
- Performing work in a field construction environment
- Inspection and cleaning of underground utilities
- Assist in the setup of inspection and cleaning equipment
