CDL Marketing is one of the fastest growing teams in Metro-Detroit and we are hiring! We are seeking energetic and resilient Truck Driver Recruiters to join our contact center. As a quality-focused Recruiter, you will be the subject matter expert for professional driver candidates, helping them to find the best driving opportunities from within our extensive network of jobs. You will be required to make outbound calls (200+) per day to our network of drivers who are looking for new opportunities. You will also be expected to take any incoming calls or chat requests generated from our marketing efforts. Since this is a telephone-centered role, a self-starter with an outgoing, engaging phone persona is ideal.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound dial to our network of drivers and present our job opportunities.
• Track and identify prospective candidates using our CRM software
• Work with driver candidates to ensure their qualifications match the job and there is a good cultural fit for the job
• Follow up with drivers to ensure completion of hiring process
• Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate's application and transition
• Potential to find and develop new opportunities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (college preferred)
• Recent, continuous work history
• Good attendance record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• High attention to detail
• Well-spoken with great communication skills
