Cedar Ridge Counseling Centers, LLC has been client focused and therapist driven since 1996 serving individuals and families in the Baltimore/Metro area. More than 70 private practice clinicians enjoy having the benefits of being in a large group, without being mandated to pack the week with an unmanageable number of clients and demands. Private practice clinicians who choose to see 21 clients a week make well over six figures while having full autonomy to set their own schedule while treating their ideal client base.

Due to growth and to best serve our communities, we are seeking enthusiastic licensed clinicians interested in developing their own private practice without the headache of managing credentialing, verifying, and billing insurance companies, marketing, leasing and furnishing office space. You provide the therapy; collect the client payment; we provide the rest! This is not a percentage split model. We are happy to share this unique flat fee structure with interested and qualified clinicians.

Qualifications:

Required: LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, PsyD, and PhD Maryland licensure in good standing

Comfortable with maintaining all clinical aspects of your own private practice

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Maintain a minimum of 12-15 sessions per week

Ideal: Clinicians who can meet the need of our most requested services - treating children, couples/family therapy, EMDR, assessment/testing, and addictions. Clinicians who support an intersectional and inclusive theoretical approach to mental healthcare, and can comfortably affirm inclusivity for the diverse cultural, racial, gender, and sexuality concerns of our community. Available to see clients in office at least one day a week
