Job Description

We're hiring a CEI Project Administrator to support various transportation design-build projects throughout the **** Jacksonville, Florida **** area.

• Receiving general instructions regarding assignments and exercising initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems related to transportation engineering and construction projects
• Directing and assigning specific tasks to administrative and field staff and assisting in all phases of the construction project
• Progress estimates and final estimates throughout the construction project duration
• Communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing)

• Under limited supervision, conducts work requiring independent evaluation, selection, adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria
• Is fully competent in most aspects of the job
• Works on projects of substantial complexity
• May assume lead responsibilities for a team of engineers and professional support personnel

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education
• Valid US Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review
• Professional Engineer (PE) registered in the State of Floridaor the ability to obtain endorsement in the State of Florida within six months of Project NTP if registered in another state
• Due to the nature of the projects associated with this position a valid US citizenship is required

Preferred Requirements:

• FDOT Advanced MOT
• CTQP Final Estimates Level II
• CTQP Quality Control Manager
