Manage incoming phone calls
Processing backend payments through IVR and web
Replying emails
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Looking for someone to work during WEEKENDS, WEEKEND IS A MUST
Timing: MON-FRI: 12:00PM-8:00PM
SATURDAY & SUNDAY-10:00AM TO 6:00PM
U can take 2 days off during weekdays between TUESDAY TO FRIDAY, u will be allowed to choose the days.
