    Overview: Centers for the Arts of Bonita Springs (Arts Bonita) seeks an experienced, energetic, positive, and enthusiastic patron service/box office representative to join our dynamic team.

    You are highly motivated, outgoing, and friendly, love the arts, and have a natural talent for fast, efficient customer service and excellent organizational skills.

    Responsibilities & Duties

    Meet, greet, check in visitors, and direct students to assigned studios/classrooms.

    Register and process payments for people of all ages for art, music, theater, film, and dance classes and workshops.

    Sells tickets to performances and special events in person, by mail, and by phone

    Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and communicate professionally and pleasantly with all patrons.

    Replies to email correspondence

    Batching out sales at the end of the day, reconciling paperwork properly, checking doors, and securing campus at the end of the day

    Restock lobby marketing supplies such as brochures, catalogs, and flyers

    Record class and activity registrations in various databases as well as Excel and Word accurately and efficiently

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Prioritize tasks, have problem-solving skills, multi-task effectively, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Knowledge of NEON and Arts People is a plus, but we will train

    Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office

    Knowledge and understanding of QuickBooks preferred

    Multi-lingual a plus (English and Spanish)

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team required

    Detail-oriented and highly accurate with excellent organizational skills

    Maintain supplies at the front desk - brochures, catalogs, flyers

    Flexibility and high-quality customer service skills

    This position has a varied schedule and includes days, evenings, and weekends

    Three (3) years of front desk, reception, data entry, and/or customer service experience

    PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL CHARACTERISTICS

    Positive "can-do" attitude

    Team player, able to juggle multiple projects

    Proactive member of the Centers' staff, able to recognize problem areas, and solve and/or propose solutions with a minimum of guidance

    Ability to make thoughtful decisions, work with minimal direction
