    KidStrong is athletic play for kids ages 1-11 that uses certified coaches to help kids build the skills they need to become stronger and more confident.     The CEO of Corporate Owned Centers (DFLEX) is a highly motivated and experienced leader responsible for driving revenue, leading and retaining talent, building membership, and growing the region. This person is passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and children, possesses strong leadership skills, and has a proven track record of achieving operational goals. This position is responsible for growth, maintaining standards, and driving culture and strategy to deliver on growth and operations goals.

    Accountabilities

    Build Strong KidStrong Centers:

    High level, high energy brand ambassador and culture warrior, driving engagement across the system including team members, family members, and potential members

    Ensure seamless operations and quality experiences for all members

    Increase membership and expand the reach of KidStrong Centers

    Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective marketing campaigns to attract new members

    Build and Retain a Strong Team:

    Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding member experiences

    Implement leadership development to enhance coach skills, knowledge, and retention

    Guide decisions, encourage engagement, provide support and maintain accountability, urgency and effectiveness.

    Business Acumen & Financial Leadership:

    Drive revenue growth and maximize profitability

    Monitor financial performance

    Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce costs

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the fitness or child development industry

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
