    • Drive Science Forward : Partner with R&D teams to achieve technical milestones and regulatory readiness.
    • Build Partnerships : Develop collaborations with research institutions and biopharma partners to accelerate commercialization.
    • Ensure Compliance : Guide teams to meet regulatory standards in both U.S. and global markets.
    • Grow the Team : Cultivate a diverse, high-performing team with a shared passion for innovation.

    What You Bring
    Minimum Qualifications
    :

    • Advanced degree in molecular biology, biotechnology, or related field (MSc or higher). MBA or similar business credentials are a plus.
    • 10+ years of leadership in biotech, with a focus on RNA therapeutics or delivery platforms.
    • Proven fundraising success and strong relationships with investors, particularly in early-stage biotech.
    • Experience leading cross-functional, cross-regional teams with a good understanding of mRNA regulatory requirements.
    • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, with a genuine passion for innovation, learning, and exploring new ideas.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Proficiency in Mandarin or significant experience working in U.S.-East Asia cross-cultural settings.
    • Extensive network with U.S. and global investors and an established ability to attract international funding.
    • Demonstrated success guiding a biotech company from seed-stage to key inflection points (e.g., preclinical to clinical development).
    • Strong industry connections within biotech, pharma, and the investor community worldwide.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a talent for navigating complex, multicultural business environments.

    The Process :

    • First Round : Introductory conversations with BD, Ops, and Talent Acquisition.
    • Second Round : In-depth discussions with CTO, Ops, director leadership team, and cross-regional stakeholders.
    • Final Round : Meetings with board members, HR, & other key stakeholders

    Expect this process to be a mix of virtual and in-person meetings.
