JOB DESCRIPTION: Our Agency is dedicated to hiring people we can trust with our own families. Our CNAs deliver various personal care and services in accordance with an established plan of care and provide for the individual needs and comfort of patients in their homes and necessitate travel to various locations

Responsibilities include:

The ability to be friendly, tactful, and professional with personnel, the general public, clients, and their family members.

Performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and other assigned duties.

Complete special projects and assignments.

Working with and coordinating with other personnel in order to ensure a professional and efficient flow of operations.

Must be able to work independently and with a team.

Depending on the assignment, this position will require a percentage of time working from home, traveling to our office, and other destinations.

Requirements:

Must have your Certified Nurse Aide Certification

One Year of Experience

Must pass a criminal background check

CPR and First Aid Certifications preferred

Must read and speak English

Qualifications:

Ability to work closely supervised to ensure competence in providing client care.

Evidence of sympathetic attitude toward elderly care clients and children with long-term care needs.

Demonstrated ability to read, write and carry out directions.

Evidence of maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands.

Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

Must be professional, dependable, passionate about caregiving, and want to help others.
