    Job Summary:

    Holy Angels is looking for a high-level Chief Financial Officer. This is a senior management role with responsibility for the financial health of the organization. This position will focus on overseeing the company’s past and future financial activities. The right candidate will possess excellent business acumen, communication skills and a strategic mindset. This position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

    Holy Angels is a mid-size organization that is a Medicaid funded Residential Care Facility in Shreveport, LA. We service individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential program, provide Applied Behavioral Analysis for students in our Community School, and have participants in our supported employment and day programs.

    The CFO will have oversight for the Finance and Accounting Department.

    Qualifications:

    Excellent Communication skills required

    Excellent Analytical skills required

    Ability to develop and work within strategic initiatives

    Ability to direct organization in operational efficiencies

    Ability to oversee financial management and strategy

    Ability to lead employees with respect, fairness, and example

    Education/Experience:

    Master’s degree in Finance or Certified Public Accountant required

    Minimum of 20 years’ experience in Finance 10 years as Financial Analyst

    Experience in a healthcare environment including but not limited to long term care facility and/or outpatient or inpatient services preferred

    Prior experience working within a Medicaid or Medicare facility

    Prior Budgeting experience on a company wide basis

    Knowledge of Information Technology and current IT trends
