Our client is a well-established, and fast-growing professional services firm seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead their dynamic team. The person best suited for this role will possess an innovative mindset with a solid track record of scaling companies and has exp managing real estate investments.

RESPONSIBILITES

Serve as a strategic partner and provide financial and strategic support to the CEO with the primary goal of growing the company by 2-3X.

Drive profitable growth through analysis, influencing and action on risk assessment, contracting excellence, pricing, business ventures, customer profitability and cost control

Have full P&L, balance sheet, and Working Capital responsibility

Develop successful relationships with the company’s Partners and senior management team, finance team, external auditors and vendors

Ensure smooth functioning of the day-to-day operations of the company’s finance function and provide leadership and supervision to the finance team, including internal controls and cash management

Prepare financial projections/target for annual operating budgets, updating financial forecasts throughout the year

Find and analyze potential acquisition targets to strengthen the company’s financial position and growth target

Negotiate management services agreements with existing and new clients

QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS Degree in Finance or in a related field.

An active CPA

10+ years of financial leadership experience

5+ years of senior management experience, within high growth mid-sized ($150M+ Annual Rev) companies, preferably in professional services

Demonstrated experience growing the company’s revenue 2-3+ times
