Strong, growing agriculture/food manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations and strategy. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of their organization by providing strategic direction, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders and drive business growth through sound financial management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Experience

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the Agriculture or Food Manufacturing industry.
• Strong background in financial report writing and interpretation, with an emphasis on clarity and actionable insights.
• Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, revenue management, and business analysis techniques.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain finance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
