About the Role:
As CFO, you will partner closely with the CEO to drive financial strategy, oversee all accounting operations, and provide key insights that influence business decisions. This hands-on role requires a strong financial leader who can navigate the complexities of a multi-unit restaurant group while ensuring profitability, compliance, and long-term success.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a CFO (or senior financial leadership role)
• 5+ Full-service restaurant experience required
• 3+ Multi-unit and multi-state financial management experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
