Job Description
EDI ANALYST The EDI Analyst (BlueCherry) is responsible for the implementation and support of the EDI solution within our ERP. Responsibilities include management, development and maintenance of EDI processes, systems implementation, application configuration, data integration, prototyping, testing, and training. It is necessary to learn about clients’ needs and their trading partners changing requirements to design solutions that address them. BlueCherry software offers multi-platform enterprise resource planning (ERP), product lifecycle management (PLM), supply chain management (SCM), business integration (API, EDI, etc.), sales automation and other systems specifically designed to meet the needs of the fashion apparel, footwear, sporting goods industries.
Essential Functions:
· Provide support to clients on EDI to coordinate EDI activities with different trading partners
· Act as liaison between client groups and systems programmers
· Review setup in the ERP system to meet internal and external requirements
· Investigate and troubleshoot issues in ERP modules, shipping, pick/pack ticketing, order processing, invoicing, and accounting
· Deliver and review maps and trading partners setup
Primary Responsibilities:
· Conduct discovery meetings with clients to understand business requirements for design, sourcing, logistics, sales, customer service and finance
· Work with development and product teams to craft solutions to meet customer and trading partner requirements
· Proactively report on progress and issues
· Provide information to development teams by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing findings based on customer reported issue to develop resolution where appropriate
· Collaborate with SMEs where necessary to implement solutions and resolve challenges
· Be the clients’ advocate internally
Required Skills:
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· 2+ years of business analysis/ system support experience
· Minimum of 1 year experience with EDI Translation software, preferably TIE Commerce eVision and familiarity with Cleo Lexicom software
· Experience with implementation of EDI processes and Retail/3PL documents (850, 810, 856, 832, 855, 940, 943, 944, 945, 947) to support business unit EDI initiatives with internal and external customers
· Experience in any of Fashion, Apparel, Footwear, Retail industries would be a plus
· Working Knowledge of popular web-based platforms – Amazon, Shopify, Magento, etc

· Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of consistently meeting project deadlines

· Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution
