    AUTOMOTIVE RECEPTIONIST

    PART-TIME: 12 – 18 HOURS/WEEK

    CHEROKEE COUNTY TOYOTA has an opening for a PART TIME RECEPTIONISTS who needs to be a reliable people-person who loves to communicate face to face and on the phone. Successful candidates must have excellent phone etiquette with a pleasant professional speaking voice and the ability to multi-task. PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS A BIG PLUS!

    RESPONSIBILITIES - RECEPTIONIST:

    • SERVES AS A FRONT-LINE REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE DEALERSHIP
    • Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit
    • Directs customers to the appropriate party, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a salesperson
    • Answers phone calls and basic inquiries, referring more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person
    • Assists with any other duties assigned by the manager

    REQUIREMENTS - RECEPTIONIST:

    • RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    • Must be a reliable “people-person” who loves to communicate face to face and on the phone.
    • Must have excellent phone etiquette with a pleasant professional speaking voice
    • The ability to multi-task
    • Ability to maintain a professional appearance
    • Focused on customer satisfaction
    • Basic computer skills
    • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
