Job Description

Main purposes of this position:

The field service representative manages installs for new customers in their designated region. The position also upgrades and services existing customers with their dispensing equipment. The field service representative will also complete ordering and receiving of equipment and transport product deliveries.

Interfaces and Responsibilities:

Key internal interfaces will be with the Area Sales Manager, other members of the CHRYSO Inc sales team and new/existing customers. This position will work collaboratively with the entire organization in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Service

· Manages installation of dispensing equipment for new customers

· Overseas upgrades and service needs for customers in specified region

· Orders and receives dispensing equipment

· Responsible for transport product deliveries

· Responsible for vehicle and trailer maintenance

· Responsible for checking tank levels at customer sites

Customer Relations

· Ability to interact and build relationships with customers/plant personnel through excellent customer service

· Exhibiting a customer-oriented attitude

Experience/Education:

• Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years’ experience
• Passion for technical knowledge and learning
• Basic electrical and plumbing preferred
• Entrepreneurial drive is a key attribute for this role
• Prior concrete and/or construction industry experience preferred.
• Sales experience desired
• Valid Driver License in good standing
• Sit, walk, stand, occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch
• Ability to travel by car regularly (drive car), occasionally travel by airplane
• Experience with concrete Quality Assurance/Quality Control is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs
• Ability to drive and maneuver utility trailer up to 20ft carrying up to 10K lbs.

Shift: 1st- Day

Work Schedule: Ability to work regular 40-hour workweek with periodic needs during the evening and weekend; periodic needs for overtime.

Travel in vehicle: 75% (overnight travel required periodically)

Office duties/troubleshooting equipment: 25%
