SUMMARY
CHS has as an exciting opportunity in our shared services Enterprise Data Governance group. We are looking for a Business Process & Data Analyst to provide stewardship for master data by enforcing the global data governance design for customer, vendor, and other data governance processes.
You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and the ability to work independently with strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage an ongoing queue of requests for customer and vendor master data ensuring that all requests are valid, accurate and completed within service level agreements.
- Lead Enterprise Information Management Master Data working group and analyze the impact of process change requests to master data definition, existing system data and alignment to the enterprise data governance strategy.
- Effectively communicate with business data stewards and specialists to resolve data management conflicts and train on master data standards, definitions, processes, and tools.
- Monitor and analyze metrics to ensure master data requests are completed according to service level agreements.
- Collaborate with IT ERP teams on technology enhancements to improve the data governance and data quality monitoring processes and to resolve technical issues with data governance tools.
- Analyze and facilitate data governance process reviews with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Monitor and improve data quality by initiating corrective actions identified through performing root cause analysis.
- Manage data cleansing projects with business data stewards and specialists and participate in data cleansing and maintenance in legacy source system(s) integrated with SAP
- Collaborate with business, project, and technical subject matter experts to identify, analyze, and document data migration transformation rules and data cleansing rules from legacy source systems.
- Facilitate, support and train business subject matter experts on data cleansing procedures, for SAP and legacy systems.
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related degree
- 3+ years relevant working experience in data management, accounts payable/receivables, procurement or accounting and finance
- Knowledge and direct application of data governance or data management practices
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects and tasks
- Previous experience effectively using multiple ERP systems
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Direct work experience within an SAP data management role
- SAP MDG or similar master data governance/management tool experience
- Power BI or similar advanced reporting tool experience
- Experience within Agriculture and/or Energy industries
