We are currently in search of lawn and landscape maintenance crew members. This is a full-time, year-round career opportunity that transitions into snow removal tasks in the winter.
Necessary Qualifications:
Driver's License
Attention to detail
Prior Industry experience
Ability to work well in a team environment
Industry knowledge relative to landscape maintenance
Valid Minnesota or Wisconsin Drivers License and acceptable driving record
Ability to operate truck and trailer combination
DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our lawn maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch services to both residential and commercial properties.
Perform Professional Lawn Maintenance services to the highest quality standards.
Your role will involve working collaboratively to ensure the highest standards of lawn and landscape maintenance are met.
Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, trimming, cleanups, etc. with precision.
Work effectively as part of a crew.
Maintain equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Good communication with supervisor and/or division manager.
