UP TO $1500 RETENTION BONUS

AVERAGE SUBCONTRACTORS EARN $33,000 TO $75,000 ANNUALLY

·         MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND AND DRIVING RECORD

·         MUST HAVE WHITE TRUCK OR VAN WITH VALID INSURANCE

·         VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE

·         LLC OR BUSINESS LICENSE

·         GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE

·         MUST WORK WEEKENDS

GENERAL CONTRACT DUTIES:

Technician responsibilities include the installation of satellite TV, satellite internet, audio/visual components (TV wall mounts, surround sound entertainment systems, surge protectors, etc.), and Google Nest Smart Home products that are offered by DISH Network. Applicants with a background in satellite installation, electrical, telecommunications, construction, and trade school are preferred. Retail and sales experience is a plus.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift 60 lbs. and work inside and outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent time management skills
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently with little direct supervision
• Must have exceptional communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Dish Network technology
• Terrific customer service skills

HOW TO GET STARTED:

·         First step is to pass a background and drug test (CJ’s will email you the background and the drug testing form to take your nearest lab (must be done within 48 hours of email)

• We have several programs available to connect you with a partner company and help get your skills assessment started.  Learn from some of the most successful contractors in the industry how to operate a stable and successful contracting company of your own.

General Time frame for Assessment to qualify for CJ’s Install Solutions contract:

§  SATELLITE EXPERIENCE 3 DAYS RIDE TIME

§  RELATED EXPERIENCE 7-14 DAYS RIDE TIME

§  LITTLE TO NO EXPERIENCE 14-21 DAYS RIDE TIME

Potential Earning for Active Field Contractor:

§  EXPERIENCED CONTRACTORS EARN AN AVERAGE OF $1000 - $2000 WEEKLY

§  3-6 MONTHS IN THE INDUSTRY AVERAGE $700-1000 WEEKLY

§  LESS THAN 3 MONTHS IN THE INDUSTRY AVERAGE $500-800 WEEKLY
